About BOM BAE
Our Story
At BOM BAE, we are a family-owned business of frontline workers that developed the passion to create delicious Indian street food dishes during the pandemic when travel was banned. Cooking became the perfect outlet to destress amidst all the chaos we experienced working at our respective hospitals, schools and transit. Our journey began in a small kitchen, experimenting with different recipes until we found the perfect balance of flavors and spices that instantly transported us back home - no 18 hour flight required!
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide our customers with the highest quality food that not only tastes great but excites the tastebuds. We strive to bring the lesser known dishes that have long been a source of fuel and flavor for the Indian people back at home. From our pani puri, dahi puri, jalebi, vada pav, samosa chaat, mango lassi and masala chai - you will never have a dull bite or sip guaranteed! Sweet, spicy, crunchy, tangy, hot, cold and lip-smacking is the best way to describe our dishes.
